RTS is a veteran owned business comprised of a Principal Advisor and a few Business Continuity Analyst. Our team is intentionally lean which allows for quicker decisions, clear accountability, and better value. This avoids unnecessary overhead and tailored solutions focused on outcomes, not internal complexity.

Services are delivered through structured pilots and long-term retainers designed to create defensible, sustainable programs, not standalone plans or staff augmentation. On-site visits are available upon request and must have a virtual needs assessment completed before hand.
